At this website is the flag of Forces
Démocratiques de Liberation de Rwanda - Democratic Liberation Forces
of Rwanda - Urugaga Ruharantra Demokarasi no Kubohoza U Rwanda.
The flag on the homepage has a golden centered circle, but as it is
inspired on the old rw-flag I've made it yellow.
